Planting Time

The weather is finally warming up here in Ohio.  It’s been rainy for the past few days and the garden is loving it.  I spent the morning planting tomatoes, peppers and a few herbs.  Thought I’d share my progress…

The peas and onions I planted a few weeks ago are doing well…

so are the radishes.

The herb garden is filling in nicely. I planted rosemary, parsley and basil today.  If I’m not careful, the oregano is going to take over.

I always plant marigolds around the tomato plants–to keep critters out and because I like marigolds.  🙂

A row of pepper plants and a few more marigolds.

My rain barrel makes it so easy to water the new plants and seedlings.
So happy it’s planting time!
