July

It’s Summer, it’s July and it’s HOT.  Not much work going on in my garden these days. I water in the evenings when it’s a bit cooler. Now is the time of year to let the garden do its work.

And what a terrific job it does!

It doesn’t get any better than a salad fresh from the garden. Crisp lettuces, sweet sugar snap peas, juicy red cherry tomatoes, dill, thyme and basil–add a little fresh shaved parmesan cheese, chunks of left over roasted chicken and a drizzle of Italian dressing–yummy! 🙂

Enjoying a little beauty, too…

When it’s this hot outside, crochet fills my days…

July is coming to a close, the heat of Summer is on and I’m enjoying these lazy, hazy, crazy days. 🙂
